HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Placing an order with us is easy! Simply choose your preferred style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the straightforward steps to complete your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start preparing it and notify you when it’s on its way!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from Sakilas Store usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to update in the shipping carrier’s system. In rare cases, the shipping carrier may encounter issues with tracking. If your tracking number isn’t working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier directly for more details.
I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
We understand the importance of timely delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please reach out to us. We’re here to help ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible!
