At Sakilas Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. For any defective products, please email us at [email protected] for further assistance. If your item meets any of the following conditions, contact us immediately upon receipt:

We will refund or reprint your order at no cost if:

  • The product is flawed.
  • There is a design error: the design differs from what was advertised on our site.
  • The product details (type, size) differ from your order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, report the issue within 14 days of receiving your items. Email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order/invoice ID.
  • A photo of the item if it is wrong or damaged.

We will evaluate your request and process refunds within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds typically take 2-3 business days to arrive.

Returns

If you receive a wrong or defective item, there’s no need to return it to us. We will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive delivery).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or lost after delivery).

Cancellations

You have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation. A 10% fee (management, processing, and transaction) will apply. After 24 hours, the item will enter production, and no further changes can be made.

Refund Processing Times

  • PayPal: 48 hours.
  • Credit Card: 10-14 business days (depending on your bank).

Exchange Processing Times

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.

Compensation (Points or Coupon): 1-2 business days.

Repair: 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it’s our error. For other issues, such as printing problems, please contact us first for instructions. Do not send your purchase back unless we authorize it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.
