Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your address. The shipping cost will automatically update in your total.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* during regular seasons; longer during holiday seasons.

Late Deliveries

Occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen events, such as:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there’s no tracking information available initially, it may be due to the carrier not yet processing the package.

Multiple Items in an Order

If you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped separately to expedite delivery. You may receive items at different times.

Order Confirmation Issues

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses use DHL Global Mail and are handed over to USPS for final delivery. Delivery to APOs can take up to 45 additional days, and tracking updates may cease once the package enters the military mail system.
